If you`re not totally satisfied with you purchase, from Camacho Sport S.L. we guarantee the exercise of the right of withdrawal. You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received it; return items must be unworn, undamaged and unused.
In order to manage the return properly you must perform the following steps:
- Enter the section “ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS” from your account.
- Select the order that you want to perform the return.
- From there check the box it the selected items that you’d like to return.
- 4. Provide a clear description of the reason for return, so our Returns Department could manage the process in the most efficient manner.
Once we have received the return request, one of our agents will be for analysing and processing the information. If all the information providing are correct, will proceed to request a pick-up order for the items to return with our courier company, turning the return request to “HOLD FOR PICKUP” status. If an anomaly or mistake is detected, the request will be rejected, turning to “RETURN DENIED”.
The client will be informed by e-mail at all the times about the state of the process, and also will be able to consult the status of the request in the “MERCHANDISE RETURNS” section from your account.
Every return should be properly packed, whit its original labelling and including the delivery note. If you don’t have the document, you will be able to download it from “ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS” section in your account.
If the returns request of the order is because the items present manufacturing defects, the pickup service will be completely free of charge to the client, as long as the items present its original labelling. In no case will accepted returns for garments if the labels have been cut off, especially those relating to composition and washing recommendations. In any other case, the client should assume all expenses related to the collection of the items, valued at 5’45€ (VAT included) for pickups from the inside of the Iberian Peninsula and at 10’90€ (VAT Included) for pickups from Canary Islands, as well as all the expenses related to the delivery of the replacement order.
As soon as we receive the returned package in our storage (the status of the request will turn to “PACKAGE RECEIVED”) and we verify that the items returned complies the return requirements and arguments submitted by the client, we proceed with the refund in the same form of payment as the purchase was made, changing the status of the request to “FULL REFUND”.
