How to make a return?
To start a return, simply go to the 'Make a return' link at the bottom of the website and fill in the form with your details:
A shipping label will be created to stick on the package to be returned, which can be left at the collection point of Correos indicated on the label created.
The User, in accordance with the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefers, you may return any of the products that make up the total order without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
How much does a return cost?
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost to the user.
The return of products due to a change of size, model or other different product, the User must make the return at no cost, and place an order again with the desired product, which has to pay the shipping cost: 4'78 € (VAT included) for the peninsula and 10'22 € for the Canary Islands.
If the User decides to return the order in full, CAMACHO will pay the User the full amount paid, except for the shipping costs.
How does the refund work?
CAMACHO will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the date on which the User submits the return form.
Once we receive the order and check that it is in good condition, we will refund the full amount paid by the User.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. It is important to include the delivery note. If you do not have this delivery note, you can download it by accessing your account in the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" section. If the User fails to do so, CAMACHO reserves the right to refuse the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e. refunding the amounts paid) or requesting the delivery of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
If at the time of return, the product to be exchanged is at a discount, the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.
